What you will do
- Design and execute tactical components of communications solutions aligned with commercial and medical strategies.
- Extract meaningful insights from qualitative and quantitative data to provide clear tactical recommendations.
- Draft briefs and evaluate the relative value of digital versus traditional tactics for specific client needs.
- Implement multi- and omnichannel programs using digital marketing best practices including SEO, UX/UI, and content design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (medical, creative, project management) and leverage GenAI to improve output efficiency.
- Define and monitor metrics to measure tactical effectiveness and identify trends for program pivots.
Requirements
- Experience in communications or the pharmaceutical industry, specifically within healthcare communications (agency or in-house).
- Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
- Strong collaboration and soft influence skills for managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must be based in the UK to align with hybrid and remote working policies.
Nice to have
- Digital literacy in healthcare communications concepts and processes.
- Experience with digital platforms such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Veeva, or omnichannel campaign tools.
- Working understanding of the pharmaceutical regulatory environment and the ABPI Code of Practice.
