TL;DR

Location: Must be based in New York City, with a hybrid work environment (at least 3 days a week in-office).

What you will do

  • Define and lead the creative and content strategy across all global channels.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to translate positioning into integrated campaigns.
  • Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing team of content creators and strategists.
  • Establish creative standards and governance frameworks to ensure brand consistency.
  • Serve as the guardian of the brand voice and creative identity.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and optimize creative resources.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive creative leadership experience in brand, content, or agency environments.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and developing creative teams.
  • Proven ability to translate complex brand strategies into measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite leadership.
  • Deep expertise in brand storytelling, messaging architecture, and multi-channel campaign development.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in New York City.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, fintech, or capital markets.
  • Background spanning both agency and in-house brand environments.
  • Familiarity with digital-first content creation and data-driven creative optimization.
