TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Payroll): Leading the strategy and execution of the Time Off product within the Payroll Ecosystem to optimize employee experience and compliance with an accent on scalable workforce management. Focus on solving complex operational challenges, driving enterprise readiness, and building intuitive workflows for highly regulated environments.

Location: Must be based in the UK (Flexible hybrid model or fully remote within the UK)

What you will do

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for the Time Off domain.
  • Lead initiatives from discovery to delivery, translating complex compliance and payroll requirements into intuitive product experiences.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver scalable solutions for enterprise and upper mid-market customers.
  • Collaborate with Payroll and Bob Pay teams to ensure a seamless experience across the Payroll Ecosystem.
  • Define success metrics and use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product decisions.
  • Champion customer needs throughout the development lifecycle to drive adoption of new capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Experience owning complex products with business-critical workflows and multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Proven ability to drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and leadership teams.
  • Experience working in highly regulated, compliance-driven, or operationally complex environments.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Time Off, Attendance, Payroll, HRIS, or HCM products (e.g., Workday, Rippling, SAP).
  • US market experience regarding workforce management and leave compliance.
  • Background in FinTech, ERP, Compliance Tech, or LegalTech.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve product discovery and prototyping.
