Salary: 129,000 - 215,000 PLN

What you will do

• Manage US Sales & Use Tax and Canadian GST/HST compliance and filing.
• Maintain Vertex configuration and tax determination rules within SAP.
• Oversee the end-to-end exemption certificate management process.
• Lead continuous improvement and tax process automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, and Global Tax.
• Support SLA/KPI measurement and promote Lean culture.

Requirements

• English: C1 proficiency required
• 3–7+ years of hands-on experience in multi-state US Sales & Use Tax compliance.
• Proven expertise in Vertex configuration and Canadian GST/HST filing.
• Proficiency in SAP (FI/SD modules).
• Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Tax Law, or Accounting.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Lodz, Poland.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese.
