Treasury Specialist (Cash Management)

Location: Hybrid (Warsaw, Poland) - 2 days a week in the office

Salary: PLN 86,100 - PLN 120,000 yearly

What you will do

• Monitor and manage daily cash positions across multiple entities, currencies, and banking platforms.
• Process and reconcile payments, transfers, and funding activities in compliance with policies.
• Maintain and update short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts to ensure optimal liquidity.
• Support bank account administration, including opening, closing, and KYC compliance.
• Assist in implementing cash pooling structures and other liquidity solutions.
• Collaborate with finance teams for reporting, month-end close, and variance analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or banking operations.
• Strong understanding of cash flow, liquidity management, and banking systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• English: Fluency required.
• Location: Must be based in Poland to support a hybrid work model in Warsaw.

Nice to have

• Experience in multinational corporate environments.
• Familiarity with payment platforms and SWIFT messaging.
• Knowledge of FX transactions and hedging basics.
• Understanding of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
