What you will do

• Oversee and coordinate the standardization of fixed assets business processes across various markets.
• Analyze processes to identify optimization opportunities and increase operational efficiency.
• Ensure high quality and compliance of processes in cooperation with local Business Process Owners.
• Manage and analyze process KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with Financial Operations, IT, Controlling, and Management to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Fixed Assets.
• Proven track record in business process analysis and standardization within finance (R2R, FA) with at least 2 successful projects.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an international GBO/SSC.
• Experience in software project development and implementation.
• Project management skills in an international corporate environment.
• English and Polish: B2+ level required.
• Readiness for business travel is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SAP FI / SAP FA.
• Experience in conducting Internal Audits.
• Knowledge of Italian, French, or Spanish.
