Salary: PLN 86,100 - 120,000 yearly

What you will do

• Monitor and manage daily cash positions across multiple entities, currencies, and banking platforms.
• Execute and reconcile payments, transfers, and funding activities in compliance with internal policies.
• Maintain and update short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts to ensure optimal liquidity.
• Support bank account administration, including opening, closing, and KYC documentation.
• Assist in implementing cash pooling structures and other liquidity optimization solutions.
• Collaborate with finance teams to deliver accurate cash reporting and variance analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or banking operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• English: Fluency required.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to work in Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with treasury management systems (TMS).
• Familiarity with payment platforms, SWIFT messaging, and electronic banking tools.
• Knowledge of FX transactions, hedging basics, and financial instruments.
• Understanding of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
