What you will do

• Lead, develop, and grow a global team of software engineers and technical consultants working on Dynamics 365.
• Drive the strategic evolution of the Sales & Customer Service platform, including the integration of AI innovations.
• Establish and continuously improve software engineering processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Contribute hands-on to the design, implementation, documentation, and testing of CRM solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management and Product Owners to deliver impactful solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading engineers and technical consultants in Microsoft CRM/CE environments.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales & Customer Service) and Power Platform.
• Experience designing and implementing sales processes within Dynamics 365.
• Familiarity with agile software development practices such as SCRUM and Kanban.
• English: C1 (Fluent/Professional) written and verbal proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in Poland, Serbia, or Germany.
