Head of Security Team (Cybersecurity)

Location: Budapest, Hungary. Remote work is available only within Hungary due to European taxation regulations.

What you will do

• Coordinate implementation of the business plan and operational program for the organizational unit.
• Lead a team of independently working employees.
• Take responsibility for team performance and delivery.
• Plan and manage the team’s finances.
• Support responsibility-taking and effective response during security incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Experience with managed security applications.
• Strong communication, methodical, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, including during security incidents.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take responsibility.

Nice to have

• People management or team coordination experience.
• German language skills.
