What you will do

• Map and document all HR Operations processes, including payroll cycles, onboarding/offboarding, and contract lifecycles.
• Perform data cleanup and optimization of employee records within the Lucca HRIS.
• Own and manage the monthly payroll cycle, including data collection, validation, and quality checks.
• Coordinate the migration of payroll outsourcing activities to a new operational setup.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR Operations or Employee Administration.
• Mandatory experience with Lucca HRIS.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Paris, France.

Nice to have

• Expertise in multi-country payroll management.
• Experience with CSE elections.
