Manager, Digital Solutions (Payments)

Location: Singapore; at least 3 days in the office

What you will do

• Lead the growth, commercialization, and market adoption of hirify.global digital and processing solutions across Asia Pacific.
• Define strategic product roadmaps with domestic processing partners to support business growth, revenue generation, and network expansion.
• Build partnerships with processors, payment networks, fintechs, and other ecosystem participants, from opportunity assessment through commercial discussions and deployment.
• Drive hirify.globalNet adoption and lead network modernization initiatives, including AES migrations and infrastructure enhancement programs.
• Own business performance, client engagement, implementation oversight, and issue management for hirify.global Token ID solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end client and project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing scope, timelines, risks, and business outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience developing, delivering, commercializing, or managing products and solutions in payments processing, digital payments, processing networks, or strategic partnerships.
• Experience in product management, project management, partner management, business development, or consultative selling.
• Strong understanding of card payments, processing platforms, domestic networks, fintechs, and related payment technologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, influencing, analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage concurrent initiatives and balance strategic objectives with execution requirements in a matrixed organization.
• Ability to work from the Singapore office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with complex technology implementations, product deployments, systems integrations, or large-scale client delivery programs.
• Knowledge of hirify.global processing platforms, network capabilities, and value-added services.
• Experience positioning and commercializing solutions that combine hirify.global capabilities with partner offerings.
