What you will do

• Source and manage digital creators across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
• Oversee campaign briefs, timelines, deliverables, and approval processes.
• Manage agency agreements, creative notes, and performance reporting.
• Provide artists with guidance on short-form content best practices and social tone.
• Collaborate with campaign leads to ensure creator output aligns with artist identity.
• Maintain a database of trusted creator partners and track content performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sourcing and managing digital creators on major short-form video platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee content briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
• Experience providing creative direction and social tone guidance for artists.
• Familiarity with tracking content performance and leveraging insights for strategy.
• Progressive experience in social media management or digital content production.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office.
