What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain reporting systems to provide accurate and insightful information for strategic decision-making.
• Analyze business trends and identify opportunities to improve SLAs and KPIs.
• Translate business strategies into operational objectives for specific lines of business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document complex reporting requirements and implement rollout plans.
• Provide technical support and coaching to the BIA Team and end-users on reporting and analytical tools.
• Conduct R&D into new MI tools and initiatives to enhance reporting capabilities.

Requirements

• Tertiary degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Proven experience in a Business Analyst or Reporting Analyst role.
• Location: Must be based in Manila, Philippines.
• Ability to work the night shift.

Nice to have

• Experience with Qlikview.
• Proficiency with SQL and SAS databases.
