What you will do

• Perform end-to-end ETL/ELT processes to prepare data for reporting and analytics.
• Develop and automate data pipelines while ensuring data quality and governance standards.
• Create dashboards and reporting frameworks to support business decision-making.
• Build predictive and prescriptive algorithms using big data and advanced statistical methods.
• Partner with engineering teams to enforce data lineage, definitions, and business rules.
• Communicate complex technical insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business or data analytics roles.
• Advanced SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and complex dataset management.
• Experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Proficiency in BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Proven experience leading analytics delivery within Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of data governance, quality monitoring, and metadata management.
