Reporting Analyst (RPO)

Reporting Analyst (RPO): Managing metric reporting and operational billing processes for talent acquisition services with an accent on data accuracy and stakeholder management. Focus on developing automated reporting templates, analyzing dashboards, and providing consultative insights to improve workflows.

Location: Hybrid (Mandaluyong City, Philippines). Shift: 3rd Shift (M-F 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM)

What you will do

• Execute client reporting and handle ad hoc requests according to established service level agreements.
• Create and maintain billing templates and develop monthly reconciliation audit processes.
• Analyze weekly dashboards to provide key findings and trend recommendations to leadership.
• Consult with client services teams to optimize processes and workflows impacting reporting and billing.
• Proactively collaborate with client teams to identify and eliminate non-value-add reporting.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mandaluyong City, Philippines for a hybrid setup (twice a month in office).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in RPO with specific exposure to reporting and analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and reporting capabilities.
• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Macros (VBA), and PowerQuery.
