What you will do

• Perform deep data analysis on large, complex datasets to uncover trends and business patterns.
• Develop advanced SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
• Conduct root cause analysis to investigate and resolve data discrepancies across systems.
• Design and execute data validation checks to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Maintain data definitions, business rules, and metric consistency as part of data governance.
• Partner with data engineering teams to understand pipeline logic and support reporting layers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or related analytical roles.
• Advanced SQL proficiency including joins, CTEs, window functions, and complex aggregations.
• Experience working with large datasets in platforms such as Databricks, Synapse, or Snowflake.
• Proven track record in data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of data structures, schemas, and transformation logic.
• Experience with BI and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
