Location: Hybrid in Taguig City, Philippines (at least 2 office days per week)

What you will do

• Design and maintain dashboards for strategic KPIs, revenue, and growth using Salesforce and BI tools.
• Build reporting frameworks for quarterly reviews and customized performance analysis.
• Apply predictive analytics to forecast trends and optimize customer journeys.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable BI solutions.
• Integrate MarTech tools and create foundational datasets for unified marketing performance views.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across all reporting systems.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing analytics, customer journey analytics, or data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Strong understanding of marketing channels and campaign measurement.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data to non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in Taguig City, Philippines for a hybrid work setup.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Databricks.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Adobe, or Google Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with predictive analytics and AI-driven insights.
