What you will do

• Manage benchmark content onboarding and ensure data accuracy across hirify.global applications.
• Address client queries and resolve issues using RPD ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with technology teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Perform quality assurance checks to identify and report data inconsistencies.
• Follow escalation protocols for complex or extraordinary scenarios.
• Maintain updates for stakeholders and adhere to project timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance.
• Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience in the finance industry.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex calculations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formula usage and handling large datasets.
• Ability to work with oversight and follow established methodologies.
