What you will do
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of new B2B customers from setup to go-live.
- Coordinate partners through the Launch Checklist and ensure milestones are completed on time (integration, balance top-up, listing, communication review).
- Act as the primary relationship manager for active customers and partners.
- Optimize customer visibility and performance via improved communication, email touchpoints, and seasonal campaign support.
- Maintain a best-in-class HubSpot CRM using AI to auto-log interactions, enrich contact data, flag stale records, and keep pipelines clean.
- Run regular customer reviews, analyze performance data, and close feedback loops by accelerating issue resolution with AI (ticket categorization, draft responses, knowledge-base suggestions).
Requirements
- Fluent English and German (spoken and written) — mandatory.
- 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Partner Onboarding, ideally in loyalty, hospitality, or travel.
- Proficiency using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for writing, research, data analysis, and workflow automation.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM systems.
- Solid understanding of digital integrations (API connections, web links, voucher uploads, campaign dashboards).
- Strong ownership and ability to manage multiple projects across teams and time zones.
