What you will do
- Manage 3rd-party partner relationships, including partner onboarding, sales materials collection, and overall partner success.
- Execute partner GTM plans with enablement coordination to drive customer pairings and end-user adoption.
- Coordinate and deliver partner trainings and materials, including webinars and sales resources.
- Support and optimize Q2’s Developer Catalog, including due-diligence materials and up-to-date partner offerings.
- Align partner opportunities with strategic verticals and marketing roadmaps to deliver coordinated GTM effort.
- Gather insights on sales activity, end-user adoption, and customer successes; work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, development, and public relations.
Requirements
- Fluent written and oral communication in English.
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of partner success and/or account management experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interface effectively with peer managers and senior management.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience building new processes and implementing them across organizations.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; Q2 is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, and Seismic.
- Experience supporting sales and marketing functions.
- Financial services, enterprise software, customer success, and/or marketplace experience.
