What you will do

• Provide facilities engineering support to ensure factory safety, reliability, quality, and environmental objectives.
• Maintain and troubleshoot industrial automation systems, including PLC and SCADA platforms.
• Design, develop, and modify control systems and analytical instrumentation for labs and manufacturing.
• Conduct root cause failure analysis and develop engineering solutions to rectify system issues.
• Manage project budgets and timelines associated with instrumentation and controls.
• Coordinate with factory customers to prevent manufacturing or environmental excursions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Systems and Controls, Computer, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering with 2+ years of experience OR a Master's degree in the same fields with 1+ years of experience.
• Experience with industrial automation platforms such as GE Cimplicity or Rockwell Automation Control Logix PLC.
• Must be able to work on-site in Phoenix, Arizona.

• Experience leading facility expansion or layout design projects.
• Proven ability to optimize operational systems.
• Prior experience coordinating and overseeing contractor work for quality and compliance.
