What you will do

• Manage and grow revenue from an existing client portfolio within the Rail sector.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities across multiple sectors and platforms.
• Sell integrated solutions spanning print, digital, and events.
• Develop tailored, insight-driven proposals and persuasive sales arguments to secure business.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activity records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, events, editorial, and production teams to ensure client success.

Requirements

• Proven track record in face-to-face sales.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• High competence in effective questioning, listening, and brief-taking to understand client needs.
• Experience in selling both digital and event solutions with the ability to create cross-platform proposals.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Must be able to work from Peterborough, GB.
