TL;DR

Project Manager (Software Development): Leading end-to-end project delivery from definition to execution with an accent on work plan structuring and stakeholder management. Focus on managing critical paths, mitigating risks in high-pressure environments, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Location: Onsite in San Salvador, El Salvador. Candidates based outside El Salvador will be considered only if willing to relocate.

What you will do

  • Own and lead projects from planning through execution, acting as the project owner.
  • Define and maintain structured work plans, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Manage critical paths, roadmaps, and schedules to ensure timely delivery in high-pressure environments.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks, blockers, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate between technical teams (Engineering, QA, UX/UI) and business stakeholders to align execution.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring clarity, alignment, and firm prioritization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience managing projects end-to-end with a focus on execution and delivery.
  • Proven experience creating and executing work plans, timelines, and critical paths.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Professional English proficiency.
  • Availability to work onsite in San Salvador, El Salvador.

Nice to have

  • Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent).
  • Experience working on software development or digital projects.
