What you will do

• Perform equipment maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting to support Fab objectives.
• Execute wafer production operations and process training.
• Utilize technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams for tool optimization.
• Contribute to defect reduction and high-tech manufacturing efficiency.
• Work within a Compressed Work Week schedule (12-hour shifts).

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Phoenix, Arizona.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM OR High School Diploma with 2.5 to 4+ years of related hands-on experience.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs (18 kg) and handle frequent standing, walking, and bending.
• Analytical problem-solving and testing skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication for presenting technical issues and solutions.

Nice to have

• Military technical experience.
• Advanced Node Semiconductor manufacturing experience in a production environment.
• Hands-on preventative and corrective maintenance on 300mm semiconductor equipment.
• Knowledge of process control systems and experience with complex schematics.
