TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Katowice, Poland (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for the Polish entity.
  • Lead statutory reporting, tax compliance, and external audit management.
  • Provide clear monthly reporting with actionable insights to the Regional Controller.
  • Oversee overhead spend and drive cost discipline across the business.
  • Collaborate with shared service centers to standardize and optimize finance processes.
  • Act as a key finance partner to local and regional leadership teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of finance experience in controlling, reporting, or audit.
  • Strong expertise in financial accounting, IFRS, and local GAAP.
  • Experience working in multinational environments.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Katowice, Poland.
