Location: Hybrid (Kraków, Poland) - requires onsite presence 3-5 times per month.

What you will do

• Own and control the monthly financial close process, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including statutory and SEC reports.
• Maintain balance sheet governance through analytical reviews and reconciliation oversight.
• Ensure correct accounting treatment for contracts, accruals, and reserves according to FRS102 and US GAAP.
• Lead internal and external audits by providing documentation and leading walkthroughs.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial controls and process efficiency.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional accounting experience.
• Recognized accountancy qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA, or Polish equivalent).
• Expertise in FRS102 UK GAAP and/or US GAAP.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of SOX and internal control frameworks.
• Very good English skills.
