TL;DR

Research Analyst (B2B Technology): Contributing to Omdia's Channels Analysis APAC intelligence service by providing insights into channels to help vendors develop go-to-market strategies with an accent on primary research and market analysis. Focus on creating research deliverables, presenting insights to senior decision makers, and expanding research networks.

Location: Onsite in Singapore (Bugis Junction office)

What you will do

  • Conduct primary research with vendors and channel partners to acquire market insights.
  • Drive research and provide insights into channels to help clients develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Create and deliver research reports, presentations, and surveys for clients.
  • Present research findings to senior-level decision makers at regional or HQ levels.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships and a professional research network.
  • Contribute to global research projects, including designing questionnaires and using digital tools.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Singapore and work in-person five days a week.
  • Strong data analytical skills and the ability to develop insights on emerging technology trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a globally dispersed team.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in market research.
  • Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean.
