What you will do

• Own the technical performance and standards of the Mixing process domain within the Asia-Pacific region.
• Lead the technical scope of capital projects, including requirements definition and process-level FAT/SAT and commissioning.
• Assess and qualify equipment suppliers and drive Best Cost Capital (BCC) and value engineering initiatives.
• Provide Tier-2 and Tier-3 technical support for complex equipment and process issues across AP plants.
• Act as the primary regional technical interface with Global Process Engineering to align with global standards.
• Provide secondary technical coverage for adjacent process domains as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience with equipment supplier technical evaluation, qualification, or value engineering activities.
• Experience providing technical support in manufacturing or multi-plant environments.
• Ability to apply sound engineering judgment regarding performance, risk, and lifecycle reliability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for root-cause analysis.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with global teams and suppliers.
