Senior Associate Network Engineer

What you will do

• Lead solution delivery activities including remote deployment support, network migrations, and acceptance testing.
• Support partner engineers during deployments and act as an escalation point for technical queries.
• Review and validate Technical Deployment Package (TDP) content with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Project Managers, and Technical Support to resolve design or product-related issues.
• Maintain detailed as-built documentation for future upgrades and reference.
• Participate in customer kick-off calls and provide guidance to pre-sales teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany.
• B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience in a network engineering or related technical role.
• Theoretical or practical knowledge in Layer 0/1 (SDH, DWDM, ROADM) or Layer 2-3 (IP protocols).
• German: Native proficiency required.
• English: Fluent written and verbal proficiency required.
• Flexibility to travel (~25%) and support night-time maintenance windows (~25%).
