What you will do

Plan, prepare, and execute technical installations of devices and platforms in fashion retail environments.
Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical implementation concepts and documentation.
Integrate solutions into existing customer infrastructures using APIs, interfaces, and data models.
Coordinate installation activities both remotely and on-site with internal teams and external partners.
Customize solutions based on client needs, including templates and location-based services.
Develop and standardize installation processes and best practices to ensure scalability.

Requirements

Technical background in IT, software development, electrical engineering, or a similar field.
Experience delivering technical projects, specifically within retail or system integration environments.
Proficiency in system integration, APIs, and data processing.
English: Good command of written and spoken English required.
Location: Must be based in or able to work from Albstadt, Germany.
Structured, solution-oriented approach to working in customer-facing contexts.

Nice to have

Knowledge of Python and HTML.
Experience with platform solutions, hardware devices, and digital retail technologies.
Prior experience in project management.
