What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of complex aerial and underground OSP fiber network projects including route analysis and feasibility assessments.
• Oversee end-to-end fiber design production, including splice documentation, BOMs, and construction drawings.
• Perform final QA/QC reviews to ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
• Coordinate permitting and design requirements with municipalities, utilities, and regulatory agencies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior OSP designers to support skill development.
• Serve as a senior technical point of contact for clients to resolve complex design challenges.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in OSP fiber design and large-scale network projects.
• Strong expertise in fiber network engineering, including FTTH, aerial/underground design, and splice architecture.
• Proven proficiency with GIS and CAD-based design tools and database-driven engineering environments.
• Experience with utility coordination, permitting processes, and multi-stakeholder infrastructure projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
