TL;DR

Solutions Engineer (Access Technologies): Supporting the Nordic Sales Team by providing technical expertise in PON and Carrier Ethernet solutions with an accent on network design, optimization, and customer engagement. Location: Must be based in Sweden (Stockholm office, hybrid, or remote options available).

What you will do

  • Act as the technical expert for Access networking solutions to support sales initiatives and strategic accounts.
  • Lead technical aspects of major bids and tenders in collaboration with Product Line Management.
  • Manage the RFX process and assist with Win/Loss analysis.
  • Deliver customer demonstrations, trials, evaluations, and first installs.
  • Provide technical consulting on network design, optimization, and planning.
  • Communicate market trends and customer requirements to internal teams.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Sweden.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • In-depth knowledge of Access network solutions (PON, Carrier Ethernet).
  • Considerable presentation and meeting management experience.
  • Experience with network providers, data centers, or telco equipment suppliers.
  • Readiness to travel within the Nordic region (35%).

Nice to have

  • Experience with Optical Networking (WDM, Fiber Monitoring).
  • Knowledge of Transmission networks.
  • Proficiency in additional languages.
