Safety and Environmental Analyst (HSE)

What you will do

• Manage HSE legal requirements and ensure full regulatory and contractual compliance.
• Conduct internal and external Integrated Management System (IMS) audits and address non-conformities.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to identify risks, including ergonomic factors, and support risk analysis.
• Oversee firefighting systems, emergency brigade drills, and lead safety/environmental inductions.
• Evaluate JSAs for non-routine activities and manage incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Coordinate environmental waste management via SIGOR and audit HSE suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Chemistry.
• English: Advanced or fluent level required.
• Solid knowledge of safety and environmental tools and Regulatory Standards (NR).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel.
• Must be based in Brazil; the company does not provide visa sponsorship or relocation.

Nice to have

• Technical qualification in Environmental Studies, Occupational Safety, or Safety Engineering.
• Experience developing solutions in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Specific training in HSE management.
