Health & Safety Specialist

Location: Arden, DK (onsite in production environments with 40–50 travel days per year)

What you will do

• Identify risks and prepare H&S plans and RAMS for projects and on-site work.
• Train and support employees in safe working practices and promote safety culture through toolbox talks.
• Participate in project start-up from tender phase, clarifying country-specific H&S and environmental requirements.
• Provide support in production, develop procedures, and conduct incident investigations with root cause analysis.
• Stop unsafe work, enforce compliance, and escalate issues to management.

Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in Health & Safety and as site operator or similar role.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 (auditor certification preferred) and ISO 14001 requirements.
• Technical experience advantageous; ability to thrive in dynamic on-site environments with travel.
• Empathetic communicator who builds trust and finds pragmatic safety solutions.
