What you will do

• Design and implement Automated Litigation Support solutions using Relativity, iPro, CaseMap, and other commercial tools.
• Maintain storage, compute, network, and application infrastructure across on-premise and AWS cloud environments.
• Manage external access and identity and access management for attorneys, expert witnesses, and other government stakeholders.
• Perform backups, restores, software updates, performance tuning, monitoring, and other system maintenance.
• Create and update system diagrams, administrator guides, end-user documentation, and weekly system health and project reports.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to support litigation-support applications and infrastructure.

Requirements

• At least five years of directly applicable hands-on experience implementing complex systems, including at least five years with litigation-support applications and software.
• Hands-on experience designing, procuring, installing, integrating, and testing systems in complex mixed operating-system environments.
• Experience with Relativity and SQL Server 2012 or later.
• At least one year of experience setting up large-scale database management applications.
• Knowledge of storage planning, capacity modeling, distributed processing, business process analysis, government IT environments, and government security requirements.
• Must be able to obtain a favorably adjudicated Public Trust Clearance. An undergraduate degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline is preferred, though equivalent experience is accepted.
