Relativity SME (eDiscovery)

TL;DR

Relativity SME (eDiscovery): Managing and optimizing the Relativity platform for government litigation support with an accent on data culling, complex search indexing, and workflow automation. Focus on resolving software-specific issues, testing new releases, and establishing standardized templates across workspaces.

Location: Must be a U.S. citizen. Hybrid/Remote options available in Chicago, IL and Detroit, MI.

Salary: $139,436.27 - $189,234.94 per year

What you will do

• Provide advanced-level support and guidance in the use of Relativity to attorneys, investigators, and Litigation Support Specialists.
• Perform specialized data culling and identification using complex searches and custom indices for litigation holds and other matters.
• Collaborate with technical support groups and Relativity staff to resolve software-specific issues, including access and performance problems.
• Test Relativity software releases and establish templates, views, scripts, and workflows for use across the division.
• Act as the company's advocate by submitting feature ideas and requests through the Relativity User Portal.
• Conduct training sessions and create comprehensive user documentation for various workflows.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• At least 10 years of litigation support experience, including 4+ years of progressively advanced Relativity experience.
• Relativity RCA certification.
• Master’s degree or J.D. (A Bachelor’s degree plus an additional 3 years of experience, totaling 13 years, may be substituted).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Two or more Relativity certifications, including the RCA.
• Relativity Master certification.
• Experience using LAW Prediscovery and Conformity Engine.
• Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Current or active security clearance.
