Location: Chicago, IL or Detroit, MI; remote/hybrid options listed. Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Salary: $139,436.27–$189,234.94 per year

What you will do

• Provide advanced Relativity support and guidance to attorneys, investigators, and litigation support specialists.
• Perform specialized data culling and identification using complex searches and custom indices for litigation holds and government matters.
• Resolve access, performance, freezing, and viewer-installation issues with technical support teams.
• Work with Relativity staff on software-specific issues and test new software releases.
• Establish templates, views, scripts, and workflows across workspaces and divisions.
• Deliver Relativity demonstrations and training and create user documentation.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of litigation support experience, including preferably 4 years of progressively advanced Relativity experience.
• Relativity RCA certification required.
• Master’s degree or J.D.; a bachelor’s degree plus 3 additional years of experience may substitute.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and excellent oral and written communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a Public Trust clearance required.

Nice to have

• Two Relativity certifications, including the RCA, and a Relativity Master certification.
• Experience with LAW Prediscovery and Conformity Engine.
• Microsoft SQL Server experience.
• Current or active security clearance.
