TL;DR

Senior Product Designer (Crypto): Driving product vision and execution for crypto trading and DeFi features with an accent on simplifying complex financial concepts into intuitive user interfaces. Location: Must be based in Bellevue, WA, Menlo Park, CA, or New York, NY with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $129,000 – $195,000 USD (depending on location zone).

What you will do

  • Drive end-to-end product design for crypto initiatives, including trading products and DeFi features.
  • Simplify complex crypto concepts into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Partner with product, engineering, research, and legal teams to validate and ship high-quality experiences.
  • Utilize AI tools to explore problem spaces, generate prototypes, and surface edge cases.
  • Set and uphold high standards for design quality and product excellence.

Requirements

  • Strong product design experience with end-to-end ownership of complex, consumer-facing products.
  • Active and proficient use of AI in design workflows.
  • Solid systems thinking skills with the ability to balance detail and big-picture strategy.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners in highly regulated environments.
  • Fluency in crypto concepts and a strong eagerness to learn the domain.
