What you will do

• Own and drive the end-to-end demand planning process.
• Lead and continuously improve the monthly S&OP cycle, including facilitating executive meetings.
• Ensure alignment between demand, supply, inventory, and financial plans.
• Act as the key interface between Sales, Finance, R&D, and Operations.
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as forecast accuracy and service levels.
• Leverage Power BI and ERP systems to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience in Demand Planning, S&OP, or Supply Chain Planning.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP systems and BI tools like Power BI.
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented personality.
