What you will do

• Design and implement agentic AI systems to automate legacy application discovery and migration.
• Develop intelligent workflows for refactoring monolithic systems into microservices or serverless architectures.
• Integrate AI agents with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCP for infrastructure orchestration.
• Build reasoning engines to optimize migration paths based on cost, performance, and compliance.
• Collaborate with architects and DevOps teams to align AI-driven modernization with enterprise goals.
• Monitor agent performance and continuously improve autonomy and reliability through retraining.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AI, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in application development.
• Proven experience in AI engineering with a focus on agentic systems or autonomous workflows.
• Proficiency in cloud-native development and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or other modern languages.

Nice to have

• Experience with legacy technologies such as AS400, IBM Mainframe, or HP Tandem.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks like GDPR or HIPAA.
• Certifications in cloud architecture or Agentic AI.
• Experience developing ML models and working with data lake architectures.
