What you will do

• Lead high-level system design (HLD) for complex cross-service dependencies and data architecture.
• Design and implement AI/ML capabilities, including human-in-the-loop workflows and automated evaluation pipelines.
• Partner with Product and Engineering stakeholders to solve complex business and technical challenges.
• Drive operational excellence, managing reliability metrics and leading incident response at domain scale.
• Mentor and coach engineering talent, establishing best practices and reusable patterns.
• Collaborate on the domain's technical vision and inner-sourcing engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience (6+ with Master's) building production services at scale.
• Proven experience leading architecture for complex, multi-service platforms.
• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, C#, or Python.
• Experience leading AI/ML integration in production systems, including evaluation strategies and risk management.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with LangGraph or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
• Expertise in prompt engineering and LLM behavior/model selection.
• Experience with RAG, intelligent agents, and recommendation systems.
• Skills in architecting AI-centric services (policy management, observability frameworks).
