What you will do

• Lead production equipment CAPEX projects from concept through to operational handover.
• Develop and evaluate machine concepts, automation solutions, and technical specifications.
• Manage internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure project milestones and budgets are met.
• Drive industrialization and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, CE marking, and quality standards.
• Provide engineering support to daily operations to resolve technical issues and stabilize production.

Requirements

• University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
• Must be based in Modena, Italy or willing to work onsite.
• Proven experience managing CAPEX projects in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of automation, robotics, PLC-controlled systems, and industrial safety.
• English proficiency (spoken and written) required.
• Leadership experience in managing and developing engineering teams.
