What you will do

• Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to resolve process issues and minimize downtime
• Take accountability for line performance in terms of safety, quality, and efficiency
• Implement corrective and preventive solutions for production errors and deviations
• Apply lean tools to eliminate waste and optimize production flow
• Identify and support automation projects for cost reduction and capacity expansion
• Design new manufacturing processes for new product introductions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or related Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, specifically with automatic assembly processes (e.g., robots, pick & place)
• Experience working within a manufacturing or industrial company
• Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken
• Must be based in or be able to work in Legnago, Italy

Nice to have

• Understanding of Programmable Logic Control (PLC) systems
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
