What you will do

  • Plan and execute channel strategies across social, web, and emerging platforms.
  • Own the global social media strategy, including editorial calendars and campaign amplification.
  • Optimize channel mix and content performance using data-driven insights.
  • Lead and develop a small team focused on social and channel execution.
  • Collaborate with demand generation, campaign management, and brand content teams.
  • Translate complex technical topics into engaging, channel-appropriate content.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in B2B digital marketing or MarCom, preferably in technology or engineering-led industries.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in social media management and multi-channel execution.
  • Understanding of B2B buyer journeys and technical audiences.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Degree in communications, journalism, PR, marketing, or a related field.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
