What you will do
- Plan and execute channel strategies across social, web, and emerging platforms.
- Own the global social media strategy, including editorial calendars and campaign amplification.
- Optimize channel mix and content performance using data-driven insights.
- Lead and develop a small team focused on social and channel execution.
- Collaborate with demand generation, campaign management, and brand content teams.
- Translate complex technical topics into engaging, channel-appropriate content.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in B2B digital marketing or MarCom, preferably in technology or engineering-led industries.
- Strong hands-on expertise in social media management and multi-channel execution.
- Understanding of B2B buyer journeys and technical audiences.
- Excellent command of English.
- Degree in communications, journalism, PR, marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
