What you will do
- Execute regional marketing strategies by tailoring global objectives to local technical and commercial needs.
- Drive revenue growth and market share expansion through proactive demand generation and customer segment penetration.
- Partner with Sales and Distribution teams to accelerate the transition from design-in to design-win.
- Monitor local competitor landscapes and pricing trends to provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Coordinate across functions including Finance, Operations, and Quality to resolve bottlenecks and ensure seamless delivery.
- Report on regional performance metrics such as lead conversion rates and pipeline value.
Requirements
- Must be based in Taipei and willing to travel to China and SAP regions.
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Field Sales, or Application Engineering within the semiconductor or related B2B industries.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor markets, supply chains, and customer applications.
- English: C1 proficiency required for communication and presentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
