What you will do

  • Execute regional marketing strategies by tailoring global objectives to local technical and commercial needs.
  • Drive revenue growth and market share expansion through proactive demand generation and customer segment penetration.
  • Partner with Sales and Distribution teams to accelerate the transition from design-in to design-win.
  • Monitor local competitor landscapes and pricing trends to provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Coordinate across functions including Finance, Operations, and Quality to resolve bottlenecks and ensure seamless delivery.
  • Report on regional performance metrics such as lead conversion rates and pipeline value.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Taipei and willing to travel to China and SAP regions.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Field Sales, or Application Engineering within the semiconductor or related B2B industries.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor markets, supply chains, and customer applications.
  • English: C1 proficiency required for communication and presentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
