What you will do

• Coordinate and manage RF spectrum usage across ride and show environments to ensure coexistence between multiple wireless systems.
• Maintain oversight of cellular DAS, ISM, UNII, and private 5G deployments.
• Validate wireless system performance, including coverage, interference, and reliability across facilities.
• Troubleshoot RF systems including Wi-Fi, IoT-based systems, and show communication systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, RF coordination records, and coverage maps.
• Collaborate with Digital & Technology and Ride & Show Network teams to ensure operational and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Network/Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Proven success in RF system design, commissioning, and troubleshooting within challenging environments.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Aruba, Siemens SCALANCE, Rajant, or equivalent wireless solutions.
• Experience with wireless site surveys and heatmapping tools (Ekahau, iBwave, AirMagnet).
• Must be based in or able to work onsite at the Bedford, UK location.
