TL;DR

Sr. Analyst, Accounting & Reporting (Finance): Managing accounting processes, controls, and financial reporting for the Universal Products & Experiences segment with an accent on monthly/quarterly close cycles and cash management. Focus on automating accounting workflows using AI/ML and supporting the enterprise migration to SAP S/4 Hana.

Location: Hybrid (Minimum 4 days per week in Universal City, CA). Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 yearly

What you will do

• Manage weekly cash reporting and execute monthly and quarterly close processes in SAP.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and analyze variances to prior periods.
• Oversee reporting for licensed intellectual property talent participants in collaboration with contract administration teams.
• Supervise offshore accounting resources and review their deliverables.
• Partner with the Virtual Workforce team to implement automation tools using robots, machine learning, and AI.
• Contribute to the legacy ERP transformation to SAP S/4 Hana.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA qualification or at least one exam passed.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and financial formulas.
• Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
