What you will do

• Define and drive the enterprise-wide SAP SuccessFactors strategy aligned with HR transformation goals.
• Establish and govern architectural standards, integration frameworks, and clean-core principles.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Employee Central, Talent modules, and platform extensions.
• Oversee the migration of SAP HCM on-premise workloads to SuccessFactors and SAP BTP.
• Manage a global team of architects and engineers responsible for development and operations.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Security, and Enterprise Architecture to ensure scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors platforms.
• 8+ full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations in a technical leadership or architecture role.
• Deep expertise in Employee Central, Talent modules, and SAP BTP development models (RAP, CAP).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience with APIs, OData, Integration Suite, and cloud architecture.
• Must be based in the USA to be eligible for company-sponsored benefits.
