Salary: $120,000–$150,000 Annually

What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of Process Analysts throughout all phases of the Business Modernization Program.
• Deploy standardized global processes and ensure scalability across all operational sites.
• Analyze business processes, performance metrics, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure alignment between complex business requirements and ERP system capabilities.
• Develop and oversee testing activities, including test scripts and validation procedures.
• Act as a change leader to support the adoption of new processes and systems across the organization.

Requirements

• Must live local to the Buffalo, NY area to work onsite.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline.
• Over 7 years of experience in finance within a manufacturing environment.
• Over 3 years of experience in Cost Accounting roles with technical knowledge of costing methods.
• Over 3 years of working knowledge of SAP.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures, including BOMs and routings.
• Demonstrated people-management experience and strong communication skills.
• Ability to travel 20%–40%.

Nice to have

• 5–7 years of relevant industry experience, preferably 2 years in Aerospace & Defense.
• 2–3 years of prior experience in leadership roles.
• Experience using SAP/GPD solutions with understanding of GPD logic and configurations.
