What you will do

• Design and produce social assets for TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Edit short-form videos, including clips, recaps, and original social-first content.
• Manage social project workflows, including asset intake, timelines, and approvals.
• Draft platform-specific social copy that aligns with show voices.
• Monitor social platforms for trends and opportunities relevant to late-night programming.
• Collaborate with show producers, editors, and strategists to ensure timely content delivery.

Requirements

• Must be able to work from the New York office 4 days per week.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• 1+ years of experience in design, social media, or related entertainment fields.
• Strong understanding of mobile-first design and social media best practices.
• Ability to write short-form, platform-native social copy.
• Experience with photography, video, and audio production.

Nice to have

• Experience working on a social, digital, GFX, or agency team.
• Familiarity with illustration or 3D design.
