What you will do

• Execute social media and content strategy across LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Instagram.
• Partner with the CEO and Head of Brand & Marketing to produce founder-led thought leadership content.
• Capture and create content from company events, product launches, and daily startup life.
• Film, edit, and publish high-impact short-form and long-form video content.
• Manage the content calendar and coordinate publishing schedules across all channels.
• Monitor social media trends and industry conversations to identify viral opportunities.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Proven experience creating content for companies, startups, or personal brands.
• Strong proficiency in video editing tools like CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or Final Cut Pro.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Ability to work directly with founders and executives in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in New York City and able to work in-office 3 days per week.
